New Build Residential Homes

This project involved the construction of two new-build, four-bedroom detached homes, with full responsibility undertaken as main contractor from start to completion. The works covered every stage of the build process, from initial groundworks through to final finishes, resulting in two high-quality, modern family homes delivered to a consistent standard.

The scope included full new-build construction across both plots, incorporating groundworks and foundations, structural works, roofing, and completion of the external envelope. First and second fix works were carried out throughout, alongside the installation of kitchens, bathrooms, and en-suites. All aspects of the construction process were managed and coordinated to ensure a smooth progression from start to handover.

A key challenge was coordinating multiple trades and carefully sequencing works across two properties simultaneously, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality. Maintaining consistency in workmanship and finish across both dwellings was essential, as was ensuring compliance with modern building standards and regulations at every stage.

The finished development comprises two spacious, four-bedroom detached homes completed to a high standard throughout. Each property benefits from a well-considered layout designed for contemporary family living, with modern kitchens, bathrooms, and en-suite facilities delivered as part of a fully integrated build.
